Job Brief
CV Screen were approached to source an IT Systems Support Coordinator for a leading organisation within the Home Improvement Sector.
The role overview was an opportunity for someone to join an IT team of four, where they would support over 150 users from the Head Office near Warrington in Cheshire.
Recruitment Process
Our team conducted a thorough search of both our own CRM, online CV databases and LinkedIn to provide a shortlist. We also advertised the role on several the leading Job Boards, receiving over 60 applications.
Our Account Manager subsequently interviewed fifteen candidates, before narrowing this down and submitted a total of seven CVs, with four securing interviews with our client.
About Emily
Emily’s most recent experience was working on an IT Helpdesk, and she was looking for an opportunity which offered more variety and which offered long term career progression.
Our initial search had highlighted that the role was less than 20 minutes from Emily’s house and given the prospects on offer within he role, it was a great match.
